The sitting of the NA Standing Committee on European Integration moderated by Arman Yeghoyan was held on August 27.

At the beginning of the sitting, the Committee approved the work order of its activity and after which debated the issue of electing the Deputy Chair of the Committee. Arman Yeghoyan noted that the Civil Contract Faction nominated Meri Galstyan’s candidacy in this post.

Thanking the Civil Contract Faction for nominating her as a candidate, Meri Galstyan expressed hope that they would be able to work effectively with both the ruling and opposition deputies to solve the problems of the Committee agenda.

As a result of voting, Meri Galstyan was elected in the post for the Deputy Chair of the Committee.
